New School Search Homepage

DegreeMe has finally released the new homepage for the School Finder website. The new homepage will hopefully make it easier to help students narrow down their search for certain programs and degree types. It also highlights some of our College and Degree Articles and some of our featured schools. Be sure to take a look at the new DegreeMe homepage and feel free to send us your feedback!

It's Finally Coming!

The new DegreeMe homepage and searching is finally on its way. The last few technical and design details should be worked out early next week and the site should launch by the middle of the week! Although this will not be a major overhaul, there will be several design and technical changes that will make the DegreeMe experience even better. Our primary goal is to help make it even easier for users to find the right school for them. So be sure to keep checking in next week to see the launch of the new design.

Optimized Search for Directory of Accredited Schools

The engineers have finished testing and deploying the optimized search features on the DegreeMe.org website (Directory of accredited schools). The optimizations have dramatically reduced the search time required to find a school by zip code or keyword. Although the state and program searches were also optimized, the time lag for these searches was never as noticeable as the zip code and keyword searches. Please be sure to take a look at the new directory of accredited schools and experience the optimized searching.

DegreeMe Still Growing in Popularity

According to the most recent web statistics and traffic reports DegreeMe is continuing to grow in popularity as the web portal for helping students find the right college. DegreeMe is currently working to launch a new method for searching for schools that will help make it easier for users to find a school with a specific program, or to find a school within a specific area. We are also working on an advanced search feature that will allow for much more detailed search options. Be sure to keep up with the site as it is constantly changing and progressing!

New Partnership with Corinthian School

DegreeMe officially released news today of a new partnership with Corinthian. This is an exciting time for both the school and DegreeMe as we work together to help match students with the right school. Corinthian offers a wide range of courses and degrees throughout the U.S. and Canada. We excpect to see a substantial interst in this school from our user-base. They are nationally accredited and provide an excellent education at a competitive price.

New Section on Online Degrees

DegreeMe officially released a new section of the website dedicated to information on online degrees. As the DegreeMe authors and researchers gather and collect information on the various types of online degrees available, that information will be posted to this new section of the website.
